Congratulations to our newest Handicapped Scuba Association Instructors and Dive Buddy (Leo Morales, Steve Rubin, Bob Diamond, Ron Fonstad, Dennis Nies and Steve Dupree). These incredible people recently completed our three day training process and are anxious to launch new programs in Mexico and California.
