I wanted to thank you and Bruce for your outstanding instruction in our recent rescue class.
This is the best PADI class that I have taken so far. I appreciated the opportunity to practice the skills multiple times, and your breakdown and analysis of our efforts with tips to improve on our skills made me a better and more confident diver as a result.
I would definitely recommend this class to anyone. Once again, many thanks, and hope to see you again in the future.
David

Dear A 1,
I just finished my PADI Rescue Diver Course this Sunday. Just thought I would let you know how pleased I was to have taken the course and particularly with the Instructor Fawn Hansen.
She is thorough, very good to deal with and committed to her students learning and perfecting the necessary skills. She is indeed dedicated and you are fortunate to have such a Good employee.
Thank You,
Roger P.
Continuing Education Course
The best buddy you can have is one who can manage his or her own self, prevent emergencies and solve problems. This course is a pivotal step in expanding your diving knowledge and experience. You will learn to look beyond yourself and consider the well-being of other divers. Rescue training is serious, challenging and promises to build your confidence.

Prior to the classroom and pool sessions, you will need to complete the independent study using either PADI eLearning or PADI Home-Study materials
There are two combined classroom/pool sessions. During these sessions, your instructor will; provide you with some hints, tips and suggestions that will optimize your water experience, discuss logistics and provide equipment suggestions for the course. During the pool sessions you will perform 10 rescue-training exercises, practice a variety of techniques and develop your skill and self-confidence.
You’ll learn:
During the Open Water Scenarios, you will have the opportunity to further your skill development, and apply the many skills learning in the pool, by performing two emergency scenarios (one on the surface and one underwater). This will be done in a single day.

Part of being a prepared Rescue Diver is having the proper safety equipment. Beyond the standard scuba equipment, you will need to own the following safety items:
